We used our complaints data and insights from complaints to develop evidence based policy submissions We identified and worked with energy and water providers to resolve systemic issues, helping reduce the drivers of complaints We engaged face to face and virtually with NSW consumers to raise awareness of our service and the complaints processes of energy and some water providers.
